2. Perlego Access will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. On a regular basis, a BatStateU member can access their Perlego account for 30 days. However, due to the limited number of accounts, the university may restrict access once it reaches its maximum capacity. The library reserves the right to revoke access to inactive BatStateU accounts and to give it to other BatStateU members who need it.

4. In the event that access is revoked, you may still submit a request, but approval will depend on the availability of access codes.

5. The following terms of use generally apply:

     a. Copyright and vendor agreements govern the use of Perlego content.
     b. Contents are to be used solely for academic research and classroom instruction.
    c. Sharing or commercial use of university resources outside the community is strictly prohibited.
     d. We do not permit systematic downloading and duplication.
