The library offers the following online portals and services:

During limited and regular face-to-face classes, students coming to the library will tap their
BatStateU ID on the attendance kiosk. The ID is also needed in borrowing books. If the BatStatel
ID is not available, students may present their active registration form for any library
transactions.

To borrow books:
Undergraduate students and non-teaching personnel can borrow five (5) books at a time, while
faculty members may borrow ten (10) books at a time.
All library users are allowed to use/access all printed Capstone Projects, Theses, and
Dissertations within the library premises only. Library users can also request to view/access
selected chapters) of scanned or e-copies of capstone projects, theses, and dissertations.
All online resource subscriptions of the library can be accessed remotely or outside the BatStateU

To avail the plagiarism checking service of the library, students and other library users may send
their request to the official e-mail of the campus library offering the service.
BatstateU Alumni may use print and online resources within the library premises or for
photocopying.
The library services issues Payment Slip for overdue fines. The library user(s) will present the slip
to the Cashier's Office for payment. After payment, the library user will be issued a receipt by the
Cashier's Office, the receipt wil be presented to the library.
The library charges fines for unreturned books on or before the due date. A minimal fine of
Php10.00 per day shall be charged, computation of fines excludes Sundays, holidays, and
closs/work suspensions.
Issuance of library cards is available in selected BatStateU Libraries only. To avail one, student(s)
will proceed to the Circulation Desk and request for the application form. Fill-out the form,
present a copy of the recent Registration Form, and 1x1 ID picture.
Requesting for Certificate of Thesis Submission may be sent by filling-out the online request form
of your campus library. To access the online form, log-in to the library website using your
credentials in the BatStateU Student portal. Select the link of the online request form of your
respective campus, student(s) shall be requested to upload a copy of the online 10-page
manuscript together with the form. The personnel-in-charge in your campus library wil send an
‘acknowledgement receipt and will provide instructions as to the other requirements and the date
of issuance.
BatstateU students are allowed to use the library(ies) from other BatStateU campuses. Students
‘may check from the library website the details on schedules of each campus libraries for accepting
