ABOUT

The Graduate Studies Collections of the BatStateU Libraries is composed of printed books for all graduate programs offered by the University.

BORROWING POLICIES

  • Library materials from the Graduate Studies Collection may be borrowed for home-use by students and non-teaching personnel for seven (7) days. Faculty members are allowed to borrow graduate books for fourteen (14) days.
  • Extension of use is allowed two (2) times for seven (7) days each renewal. Renewal is allowed when there are no holds request for the materials.
  • Unreturned overdue materials shall incur a library fine of Php10.00 per day until the item is returned.
  • To reserve an item, visit the WebOPAC or contact
  • Selected chapter(s) are available for request via the Scan-a-Book-Chapter service of the library. To request, fill-out the Scanning Request Form or send an email request to your campus library.
