INFORMATION FOR NON-BATSTATEU RESEARCHERS
The BatStateU Libraries accepts researchers from other institutions during Fridays and/or Saturdays (varies by campus)
Non-BatStateU researchers are allowed to use library resources within the library only
BatStateU Libraries will not accommodate outside researchers during Holidays, class/office suspensions, or if seats are limited
PROCEDURES:
Non-BatStateU Researchers will fill-out the online scheduling form of the campus library, at least 2 days before the intended visit
For researchers in group, indicate all the names of the group members in the online scheduling form
Attach the referral letter endorsed by the Head Librarian or any authorized person from the originating institution or agency
Present a Valid ID during the actual visit
